We talk about Ontario beef on this blog quite often because it’s something we’re passionate about—serving high quality, delicious, regenerative products that were produced by local farmers and artisans. Beef is a significant part of that, and we’re known for having some of the best steaks and roasts in the city. But there’s another excellent local product we haven’t talked about much lately: Ontario lamb.
