Ready-to-use cheese fondues. Heat for a few minutes and serve. The Charlevoix Cheeses Fondue, which has a more pronounced taste, is made with Le 1608 and L'Hercule de Charlevoix cheeses. The Charlevoix Emmental & Beer Fondue has a milder taste and is made with the dairy's Emmental and Dominus Vobiscum beer from Microbrasserie Charlevoix. They are produced by a Québec City company called 1001 Fondues.
