Le Triple Crème DuVillage is a great traditional cheese, developed and produced by Quebec's master cheese makers. A soft cheese with a bloomy rind featuring exceptional texture, a country fresh taste in a creamy and velvety paste, its white rind becomes slightly mottled with red and orange. Young, it is a firm and light cheese; semi-ripened, it is tender and savoury. Fully ripened, it forms a belly as it runs out of its rind in soft, savoury waves of cream, butter and hazelnut with just a hint of heat to tease the taste buds.
