We talk about Ontario beef on this blog quite often because it’s something we’re passionate about—serving high quality, delicious, regenerative products that were produced by local farmers and artisans. Beef is a significant part of that, and we’re known for having some of the best steaks and roasts in the city. You’ve also heard us extol the virtues of Ontario pork and poultry, plus all of the incredible locally-sourced snacks, condiments and more we offer in our Yonge Street butcher shop. But there’s another excellent local product we haven’t talked about much lately: Ontario lamb.
