How far do you deliver? We offer local delivery within a 20 km radius of our store. You can also order online for free in-store pickup.
Do you deliver outside your local delivery zone? Let us know where you are and if we can make it happen, we will.
What is the "Refundable credit card hold for weighted products" in my cart? This pre-authorized hold is used for any +/- variance in weighed product. Once your order has been prepared by our team, only the exact amount is charged and the difference is refunded.
How do I know if my online order is confirmed? Once you've placed your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation. The email will include a summary of the items ordered, method of payment, shipping and billing details. Please check your junk or spam folders for this email if you do not see it in your inbox.
When will my order be ready? Online orders are ready for delivery or pickup in 2 days. You can select the date you would like your order prepared for in the checkout process.
Where do I pick up my order? You can pick up your order at our store located at 1097 Yonge Street. Orders will be ready at noon or if you have a specific pick up time time, please include it in the order notes section at checkout.
How do I cancel my order? If you need to cancel your order, give us a call at the store or send an email. All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to order pickup & delivery. Payments will not be refunded should you fail to give 24 hours notice of your order cancellation.
How is payment processed? We want to keep your payment information and data safe. That's why we use Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant and encrypts payment data.
