Handmade at Olliffe, our wide variety is ever changing. Using only fresh Tamworth shoulder and leg, our sausages are filled with traditional recipes and high quality ingredients. Beef, pork, salt, pepper, coriander, garlic, oregano, chili powder, cayenne, paprika, vinegar.

Note: we ONLY use Canadian natural pork or lamb casings.
