Handmade at Olliffe, our wide variety is ever changing. Using only fresh Tamworth shoulder and leg, our sausages are filled with traditional recipes and high quality ingredients. Lamb, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, cayenne, coriander, paprika, cumin, garlic.

Note: we ONLY use Canadian lamb casings.
