Turkey Leek Burger


Handmade at Olliffe, our poultry burgers are famous not only the high quality ingredients but also being very fresh. We use a mixture on 70% white breast meat and 30% dark leg meat. We sautè fresh leeks in ducks fat, and add salt, pepper and panko.


Note: All poultry burgers are made with panko to maintain the burger's shape when cooking.
