A reminder about Valentine’s Day

While the Super Bowl may be the main event this weekend, don’t forget that Cupid’s on his way, too. Valentine’s Day is next Wednesday, February 14th and if you’re anything like us, that means a romantic dinner at home. We recommend starting with an incredible local steak like our tenderloin, prime rib steak, or blue ribbon sirloin, but anything goes—the point is to enjoy a delicious meal and some quality time together. If you’d rather have roast chicken, marinated lamb chops or a seared duck breast, those are excellent choices as well (don’t forget a great bottle of wine and some flowers for the table).
