This has led us to a lot of amazing brands, from our dairy suppliers to the carefully curated selection of locally-sourced snacks and condiments you see in store. Today, we’d like to talk to you about Bayfield Provisions—makers of the best granola you’ve ever tasted, and a fantastic local business partner.

The Bayfield Provisions story

Bayfield Provisions is a boutique granola bakery that started in the village of Bayfield, Ontario and now has a location in Toronto. This awesome supplier crafts high quality, deeply flavoured, small-batch granolas that are made fresh weekly using local gluten-free oats, local maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil and lots of good-for-you nuts, seeds and fruits. Each batch is mixed, tasted, slow-roasted and packaged by hand. You can taste the artisan quality in every single bite—this is granola for an adult palate (though kids love it, too). Try it with a thick Greek or Icelandic yogurt, on top of a smoothie bowl, with fresh fruit, or as a snack on its own. There are several varieties to choose from and trust us, they’re all delicious.

• Bayfield Granola No. 5 offers a peppery blend of spices, molasses, honey and walnuts.
