Slow Cooked Winter Comfort: Oxtail Stew
Oxtail is a gelatin-rich meat, which is usually slow-cooked as a stew or braised. It's also a traditional stock base for oxtail soup and makes an excellent gravy.
Traditional preparations call for slow cooking, but you can also take a shortcut with a pressure cooker on insta pot.
