What's Included:
- Boneless, skin-on breast (approx. 7 lbs), perfectly trussed for easy cooking and slicing.
- Boneless, skin-on thigh (approx. 4 lbs), also trussed for convenience.
- Two whole bone-in drumsticks for that classic turkey presentation.
- Placed in an oven safe tin foil pan (full oven pan).
With its compact format, the Ready-Set-Roast turkey takes up less space in your oven than a traditional whole turkey, giving you more room for other holiday dishes.
Cooking Tips:
- Lightly coat the breast, thigh, and drumstick with oil or butter.
- Add your favourite seasonings and fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary and sage) for an aromatic and flavourful feast.
- Cover with tinfoil and roast until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees (remove tinfoil near end of cooking process to get crispy skin and a nice colour).
- Rest then serve.
