What's Included:

  • Boneless, skin-on breast (approx. 3 lbs), perfectly trussed for easy cooking and slicing.
  • Boneless, skin-on thigh (approx. 1.5 lbs), also trussed for convenience.
  • One whole bone-in drumstick for that classic turkey presentation.
  • Placed in an oven safe tin foil pan (½ pan).
  • Seasoning Paste (for seasoning the Turkey prior to cooking).
  • 750g of Olliffe Famous Stuffing.
  • 250g of Olliffe Cranberry Sauce.
  • 500mL of Olliffe Turkey Gravy.

Cooking Tips:

  • Lightly coat the breast, thigh, and drumstick with oil or butter.
  • Add your favourite seasonings and fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary and sage) for an aromatic and flavourful feast.
  • Cover with tinfoil and roast until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees (remove tinfoil near end of cooking process to get crispy skin and a nice colour).
  • Rest then serve.
